Captain Team Management ("Captain," "the App," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Captain Team Management LLC. By downloading, installing, or using Captain Team Management, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Users between 13 and 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@captainteammanagement.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that are inactive, misused, or violate these Terms.
You agree to use Captain Team Management only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
• Harass, bully, threaten, or harm other users
• Share another user's private information without their consent
• Upload or transmit content that is illegal, offensive, or harmful
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
• Use the App to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
You retain ownership of all content you create in the App, including messages, photos, and other files ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, transmit, and display your content solely to provide the App's services to you and your team members.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not monitor User Content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Certain features of the App require a paid subscription called "Captain Pro." Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). We do not collect or store payment information directly.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings (App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android) or visit Settings → Manage Subscription in the App.
Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policies (iOS) or Google Play's refund policies (Android). We do not issue refunds directly.
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including the design, graphics, logos, and code — are owned by Captain Team Management LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Captain Team Management LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the App at any time. To delete your account, go to Settings → Delete Account, or email us at support@captainteammanagement.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's rules.
